Refund policy

Due to health and safety standards, Wilderness Lab does not accept the return of any product for refund or exchange unless the item arrives in damaged condition through no fault of the customer.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If for some reason the product arrives and it's not to your taste, we encourage you to gift it to a friend. It may just become their favourite!  If you're not sure which perfume to get, we recommend trying the Fragrance Finder, or going into one of our Stockists where you can smell the Perfumes first.

If your products are delivered in a significantly damaged condition through no fault of your own, please let us know immediately with a photograph or video of the damaged product for review. This does not include items that may be slightly damaged or scratched.

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched (subject to availability) free of charge. There is no need to return the damaged product to us, simply clean out and recycle/dispose of the packaging. 

If there is no identical replacement product available for any reason, we will credit you with a gift voucher to the equal value of the products plus any shipping paid to spend at www.wildernesslab.com.au
